MCR80-Boron removal ion exchange resin

Macroporous N-Methylglucamine chelating resin is used for remove boron

MCR80 is a macroporous chelating resin with polystyrene matrix and N-Methylglucamine function group.

MCR80 is designed for boron selectivity, there is the chelation between N-Methylglucamine and boron when pH 7-14, and desorption when pH<7.

The particle size is in standard gaussian distribution with 0.315-1.25mm >95%.

MCR80 has excellent chemical and physical stability in strong osmotic and thermal shock.

MCR80 could adsorb boron above pH>6, the recommend condition is pH 8-10, at 60℃.and desorbed at acid media to recover free amine.

MCR80 has excellent efficiency ability removal boron mainly from irrigation water, sea water and other high concentration brine. After treated by resin, the solution boron should be less than 1 ppm.
