Strong Acid Cation Exchange Resin

It is a type of ion exchange resin with functional group of sulfonic acid.

These Resins have two types, the gel and the macroporous type. Most SAC is styrene-DVB matrix, which is show a stable performance and a good mechanical strength, which lead a wide application and a long life time.

The macroporous strong acidic cation exchange resin, due to macroporous structure, and high crosslinking,  shows an excellent dynamic characteristics.

The gel type has excellent properties for industrial water softening and demineralization application. It has standard crosslinkage, which is usually used in mixed bed; the higher crosslinkage resin shows a longer operating life, and used in regenerable mixed bed.

these Resin show an excellent physical and chemical stability, which operates at any pH(0-14), and are relatively stable to temperture, even in high temperatures of 100-120℃.

These Resins are applied in a wide variety of fields including water purification, water softening, waste water treatment, purification of pharmaceuticals and food, chemistry,and catalysis.
